We provide ongoing labour law advice and support to private and government clients. We also draft employment contracts, workplace policies and procedures and conduct workplace audits and health and safety investigations. We provide representation at collective bargaining forums, the CCMA, labour courts, and at disciplinary proceedings. We advise in relation to retrenchments, and dismissals. We are also experienced at overturning dismissals at the Labour court.

Corporate Commercial

We assist in the sale of businesses and shares. We also provide assistance in the drafting of contracts and agreements, and the winding up of companies. This service works in tandem with our tax offering to ensure that all transactions are achieved on a tax neutral or tax efficient basis.

Andile Ntuli

Managing Director

Andile is a director in our firm, specialising in tax law with an ancillary commercial law practice. Andile also runs a general litigation and labour law practice. Andile holds an LL.B and LLM (Tax law) from the University of Johannesburg. He is a Master Tax Practitioner (SA) under the South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT) and he is a Regional Representative at the Southern African Academic Forum at AfronomicsLaw.

Masingita Hlongwana

Associate

Masingita specialises in credit law, consumer law, general litigation and construction law. Masingita has also acted for major banks in commercial disputes due to her specialist expertise in credit law. Masingita holds an LL.B from the University of Limpopo and she is currently pursuing her masters in property law.

Zama Ntuli

Office manager and Paralegal

Zama Ntuli is the firm's office manager and paralegal. Zama assists with the day to day running of the firm and is usually the first port of call when clients need assistance from one of our legal professionals. Zama is currently studying towards an LLB and has a keen interest in labour law.

Leezola Zongwe

Non - Executive Director

Leezola Zongwe is an extractive law specialist focusing on mineral, petroleum, and energy law across Southern and Anglophone Africa. She advises on critical minerals, green hydrogen, and energy transition projects, and lectures part-time at Stadio University. Leezola holds an LL.M in Mineral and Petroleum Law (UCT) and is a Ph.D. candidate with the SARChI Research Chair: Mineral Law in Africa, alongside multiple international certifications in taxation, mineral economics, and sustainable development.

Gcobisa Cekiso-Mapuma

Associate

Gcobisa Cekiso-Mapuma is an Admitted Attorney with experience in civil and banking litigation, credit law, and occupational health and safety compliance. She is detail-oriented and pragmatic, known for delivering clear, practical legal solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Nicole Rabothata

Candidate Attorney (Designate)

Nicole is an incoming Candidate Attorney who will be joining the firm in 2026. She actively supports the firm’s legal team across diverse practice areas, contributing to the efficient management and progression of matters through the courts. Nicole has a strong interest in litigation, commercial, labour, and family law, and is committed to developing a well-rounded foundation for her legal career.
